How Can chest Pain Along With Nasal Congestion Be Treated?

For the past 5 monthes i have been having trouble with what seems to be allergies but in this last monthits getting worse. I have pain the jumps all over my chest at random times with stuffy nose and scratchy throat.The past week i have had thick slimy mucous and more pain during the day. Today i had blood in the mucous. What could this be from?
